I’m known as Shaman Lady Lighthouse®, though those closest to me call me Camy. I work with women who carry significant responsibility (leaders, partners, mothers, and more) and are tired of holding everything together.

My work supports the release of stored stress from the body and its nervous system, restoring clarity, self-trust, and a sense of internal peace and regulation.

This is private shamanic energy work. There is nothing to fix, force, or improve. You are not broken. Together, we clear what was never yours to carry so you can move through your life with greater ease, presence, and authority.

My background includes both formal education and extensive energetic training, allowing me to meet clients with discernment, depth, and deep respect for their time and intelligence.

Courage is like a muscle. The more you exercise it, the easier it gets to use it. I believe in facing my fears, for there is so much beauty, growth, and expansion on the other side.

I believe we are all equally powerful, beautiful, and amazing in our own unique ways. When we rise, we rise together.

Spread Compassion

I believe in spreading kindness and compassion to others, for we are all God's children who came to Earth to learn, grow, and expand. We are all on our own unique journeys to feel, see, and become Love. And we all need grace with ourselves and with one another to get there.

Choose Joy

I choose to see the good in everyone and everything. Even when a moment or circumstance hurts. I choose to let those feelings flow through me, so that Joy can resurface again.

Be Love

I choose to embody capital L-Love. Divine Love. Courageous Love. Compassionate Love. Authentic Love. Curious Love.

My story

In my most challenging moments, I found strength by believing that my experiences could help others, and that I could turn my pain into inspiration for those navigating their own struggles. Life has brought me many lessons through hardship: from navigating two parental divorces and supporting a parent with an autoimmune disorder to moving frequently as a child and coping with the loss of loved ones. I've faced emotional and physical adversity, from health conditions and chronic pain to trauma, and yet, each of these experiences has shaped me into the resilient, kind, and compassionate person I am today. These challenges have given me a deep sense of empathy, allowing me to connect with others who are on their own paths of finding love for themselves.

Why did I start the Lady Lighthouse, LLC Brand?

The answer is simple. Love. I can see, feel, and understand your suffering. And I Know that the way to overcome suffering is with Love. Deep Love. Kind Love. Compassionate Love. I have this Love for each and every one of you, and I love seeing you grow, seeing you choose self-love, and simply seeing you, be You.

So how did I get to Lady Lighthouse, LLC with the life I’ve lived, you may ask?

I’d love to say the journey was simple, but let’s be real, it wasn’t. Growing up, I leaned into a more "masculine" way of being, wanting to keep up with my brothers, play all the sports, and follow the logical paths. I earned an Engineering degree and a Master’s in Business, with a career focused on agriculture, construction, and technology. I was checking all the boxes! But, deep down, there was also a part of me that loved nature, animals, and dancing.

Meanwhile, my health challenges started to intensify. Throughout college, I collected more diagnoses: endometriosis, pelvic floor dysfunction, interstitial cystitis, IBS, PCOS, anxiety, depression - the list kept growing. I had multiple surgeries, countless prescriptions, and a strict diet of chicken, rice, and broccoli. But I persevered, determined to finish school and take control of my health.

For the next few years, I worked full-time while turning my body into a personal experiment. I tracked everything: food, mood, sleep, pain. It was exhausting, but eventually, I found a diet that worked. With that relief, I dove deeper into healing. I took relationship courses, went to therapy, sought certifications, and began peeling away layers of trauma and suffering.

As I healed, something inside me shifted. Fear dissolved, and the world felt brighter. My body, scars and all, became beautiful in my own eyes. My style, hair, and home transformed along with me. I was finally waking up to myself.

In Fall 2023, I felt an undeniable pull toward something more enriching. By April 2024, I took the leap, leaving my corporate job to pursue my passion for helping others find their own joy and liberation. This is the beginning of a new chapter; one filled with purpose, love, and the desire to uplift others on their journey.

We each carry our unique stories of physical and emotional pain. Many of us have been misunderstood, dismissed, and treated as though our bodies weren’t truly ours. But our worth is not defined by anyone else — it’s far beyond any diagnosis or challenge.

I’m here to tell you that change is possible! YOU can rediscover joy in your body, YOU can release the cycles of pain, and YOU can reclaim control over your mind, body, and life.
