The Divine Reset is a 55-minute Shamanic Reiki session designed to help you release stress, quiet a busy mind, and reconnect with yourself.

Using a combination of Traditional Usui Reiki, Shamanic Reiki techniques, and intuitive guidance, each session is tailored to what you need most in the moment.

Many clients come to The Divine Reset when they feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, stuck in overdrive, or disconnected from themselves.

This is more than an hour of relaxation.

It's an opportunity to slow down, receive support, and give your mind and body a chance to reset.

What Happens During Your Session?

We Begin With a Conversation

We'll spend a few minutes discussing what you've been experiencing and what you'd like support with so I can tailor the session to your needs.

You Get Comfortable

You'll be invited to sit or lie down in a way that feels supportive for your body.

Energy Healing Session

I'll guide the session using a combination of Reiki and Shamanic Reiki techniques designed to support relaxation, stress relief, emotional processing, and energetic balance.

Most clients spend this portion of the session in a deeply relaxed state.

Closing & Reflection

At the end of the session, we'll discuss anything that came up, answer questions, and talk through any insights or observations that may be helpful as you move forward.
