What the Divine Reset is
The Divine Reset is a 55-minute Shamanic Reiki session that combines:
- Traditional Usui Reiki
- Shamanic Reiki techniques
- Energetic protections
- Intuitive insight & grounded support
This is goes beyond “just relaxation" to an energetic reset for your entire system - mind, body, spirit, and emotional field.
What happens during your session?
1. I set the scene (a few minutes) by welcoming you into the space, and explaining exactly what we'll be doing so you feel comfortable and supported.
2. You get cozy by being invited to lie down or sit - whatever feels most comfortable for your body.
3. I'll open with a prayer & energetic intention to call in the highest healing available for you.
4. I start with Reiki on your core seven chakras while I speak Reiki gently - supporting emotional release and energetic alignment.
5. Quiet integration & full-body treatment
Once your system settles, I move into a quieter flow as I complete the remaining 6 specialized Reiki treatments.
6. Light & protections
To complete your reset, I bring the Light down through your field and place energetic protections around you.
7. Closing & insight share
We close with a few minutes to discuss what I noticed in your energy, answer questions, and help you integrate what came through.
