Shaman Lady Lighthouse®

I work with women and gender-diverse souls who carry significant responsibility, and are tired of holding everything together.

My work supports the release of stress from the body and the body's nervous system using a blended energetic support and somatic relief approach. AKA - I care about your mind, body, and spirit.

What does 4.5 hours of private 1:1 sessions entail?

Your journey is designed to start with the longest session first and slowly taper off over our time together. This is typically broken down into six sessions as follows:

(1) 120 min session
(1) 50 min session
(2) 30 min sessions
(2) 20 min sessions

What goes on in a session?

Every synchronous session will include an opening prayer, grounding, energy healing, and time for reflection. The majority of the time, you will be sitting or laying down in whatever space and way makes you feel the most comfortable.

Some energy healing is best performed while gentle stretches or movements take place. In those intuitive instances, Shaman Lady Lighthouse® will invite and guide you through the action she is requesting.

What does private messaging support entail?

I use the mobile app Signal to provide discreet, private, encrypted messaging to support the work that is already happening.

This space is designed for sharing observations or subtle shifts, asking clarifying questions between sessions and receiving grounded energetic reflection or reassurance.

If something requires deeper exploration, we'll address it in a session rather than over text.

How quickly will you respond to messages?

Messages are reviewed and responded to during designated support windows -- typically within 1-2 business days.

What if I'm very busy?

While I don't expect any extra time demand beyond our scheduled sessions, I do encourage lighter and more easeful days for the first 24-36hrs after each 1:1 session. This allows you to receive the maximum benefit to your system that you can possibly get from our time together.

What is the investment?

Radiance is a private, high-touch container. The current investment reflects introductory pricing at $8,000.

Is there an agreement for this work?

Yes. All private containers are supported by a clear Transformational Services Agreement.

This outlines the scope of work, boundaries, confidentiality, and mutual expectations so you can fully relax into being supported.

Is this therapy or coaching?

No. This is somatic and energetic work focused on nervous system regulation and stress release.

Will I need to talk about everything I'm dealing with?

No. You are welcome to share, but explanation is never required.

Is this confidential?

Completely. Privacy and discretion are foundational to our time together.

What if I need to stop early?

You may choose to end the container at any time. Because this is a private, high-touch service that begins holding you from day one, fees are generally non-refundable once the journey begins. In rare circumstances, a partial refund or alternative closure may be considered at my discretion.
