What is Distance Reiki?

Distance Reiki is a remote energy healing practice that helps balance your mind, body, and spirit—no matter where you are in the world. It works by channeling life-force energy through intention, connection, and focused awareness.

Does Distance Reiki really work?

Yes! Energy isn’t bound by space or time, which means healing can happen across any distance. Many clients report feeling calm, supported, and energetically lighter after a session, even if they’re miles away from the practitioner.

Do I need to be present for the Reiki sessions?

Nope! These sessions are asynchronous, meaning you don’t need to be present live to receive the benefits. Reiki energy isn’t bound by time or space — it flows where it’s needed.

What might I feel?

You may experience warmth, tingling, a sense of peace, or emotional release. Some people don’t feel much during the session but notice shifts in the hours or days afterward. Every experience is valid and unique.

Do I need to believe in Reiki for it to work?

Nope! Reiki works whether or not you “believe in it,” because it’s a natural energy flow. That said, being open and relaxed can help you tune in to the experience more deeply.

Can I request Distance Reiki for a friend or loved one?

Yes, absolutely. Reiki can be sent with love and permission on behalf of someone else. Just ensure they are open to receiving the energy. We operate on obtaining explicit consent after all! :)

Is Distance Reiki safe for pregnant people?

While Reiki is generally gentle and supportive, we do not recommend these particular sessions for pregnant people due to potential intensity. Please reach out to discuss other options that may better suit your needs.

Can I watch a Reiki session first?

Yes! We often stream Reiki shares live on Twitch, where you can watch the process, see how energy is shared, and experience the peaceful atmosphere. Click here to view the schedule.

Can I watch one of my sessions live?

Sometimes! We often share Reiki sessions during our weekly Twitch stream as part of a community healing experience. If your session is shared, you’re welcome to tune in live and receive in real time. We'll never share your personal info publicly.

Can I request a specific intention or focus?

Yes. When filling out the form, you'll have the option to share a focus area or intention. This helps guide the sessions, but Reiki will always flow where it's needed most.

Are results guaranteed?

While many people feel relaxed, healthier, lighter, or gain clarity after a session, every experience is unique. Reiki supports your energy system and your body's natural ability to heal. We cannot guarantee any specific results.

What if I want a live, one-on-one Reiki or energy healing session instead?
