Ya'll, we love Paint With Diamonds! That is why we created a special product page to share them with our lovely Seasters.
Think "paint by numbers" but sparkly!
These are for you if...
If you love arts and crafts, trying new things, creating, or doing something while you listen to movies, podcasts, tv shows, your partner, or your children. The larger the picture you purchase, the more detailed it will come out. Think of these like the pixels on your computer or phone screen. The more pixels available, in this case the more "diamonds", the clearer the picture.
There are hundreds of designs available and you can always order a custom image if that is more your style.

A few things worth noting from my experience:
- These come from China, and to keep the costs low, they take awhile to ship (We are talking several weeks, if not more). Honestly, the wait is worth it. We've completed a handful in the last couple of years and it sometimes feels like a surprise on when it'll arrive. Think of it like it is building the anticipation for the fun to come! What a great way to tease yourself ;)
- They aren't real "diamonds". They are a type of plastic that is molded in such a way to mimic how real diamonds catch the light. You can get them rounded or squared. We've always done square diamond paintings because our brain and body loves to make the straight lines and strives for perfection lol.
- We'd say square are probably more challenging though, so if you are someone who is kinder with yourself, you may want to start with the rounded diamonds first.
- Before you even get started, take some time to organize your diamonds and check your inventory to make sure you got all of your colors. -- In the handful we've purchased, we've never had a color missing, but we are all human. It can happen.
- We bought a 3rd party bead organizer from Amazon to help us. Having the little containers to open and close is faster and more convenient than the little baggies some of the beads come in. We also like to draw each color's matching symbol on the container label to help us identify them quicker while painting away.
- The diamonds adhere to sticky paper. DO NOT. I repeat DO NOT peel all the waxy paper off at once. Only remove small sections as you are working and as you go. Cut the paper using scissors instead of tearing it off. Tearing will often leave the fibers of the paper exposed and getting those stuck on the adhesive back is a real bitch to get off. Plus, if you have animals or like to snack like us, you'll minimize the amount of crumbs or hair that might get trapped under the diamonds.
- We highly recommend picking images with lots of different colors and shades. In our mind, it is a lot of fun to change between the different colors a lot and see the picture come together. However, if switching colors a lot sounds annoying to you, then we'd recommend purchasing a PWD that is more monochromatic or that has big sections of solid colors as they will go faster.
- When we have complete a PWD project, we typically mod podge our pictures with several coats and gift them as a labor of love, or we hang them up in different areas of our home to shine and sparkle every time we walk by.
